Common heart disease


People in the United States are at the top in the matter of death due to health diseases, according to the Centers for Disease and prevention. The statistics have shown that one out of four Americans died due to heart disease, and it constitutes 610,000 people who die from the condition each year. 

Heart disease is not discrimination in nature. It has also been a factor of millions of earth in other parts of the world. Half of the population in America has been the victim of this disease, and the growth is increasing daily.

When the walls of the artery build up fats, cholesterol, and other substances, this is called Atherosclerosis. This buildup is often called plaque. You can feel chest pain or pressure if you are suffering from atherosclerosis. And if you feel sudden numbness or weakness in your arms or legs, you have Atherosclerosis in the arteries leading to your brain.

Cardiomyopathy is a disease in which the heart becomes weak and unable to pump blood to the whole part of the body, leading to a heart attack. You can feel breathlessness with activity or even at rest, swelling of the legs, cough while lying down, and fatigue. This disease can also be in your genes.   • Congenital heart defects

Infants usually become victims of this disease. This disease can affect the structure of the heart and the way it works. It is the most common defect of the heart in infants. But the modern treatment method for this disease can be more helpful in living longer and healthier lives.
